- What changes or improvements do I want to make in my life?
- What are my values and beliefs, and how do they impact my decision-making?
- How can I practice self-care and prioritize my mental health?
These questions can serve as a starting point for self-reflection and discussions during counselling sessions. They can help you gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and work towards positive changes and personal growth.
