11. Judgment: Assess the person’s ability to make sound decisions and choices. Evaluate their capacity to consider the consequences of their actions and make appropriate choices.
12. Orientation: Determine the individual’s awareness of time, place, and person. Assess if they are oriented to their surroundings and have a clear understanding of their current situation.
13. Memory: Evaluate the person’s memory function, including short-term and long-term memory. Assess their ability to recall recent events and past experiences accurately.
14. Intelligence: Observe the person’s general intellectual functioning and cognitive abilities. Assess their problem-solving skills, abstract reasoning, and comprehension.
