  1. Hare Krishna. External factors like success, wealth and relationships contribute to small portions of our happiness according to research. Studies have shown that our happiness is largely determined by our own thoughts, attitudes and behavior. Spending quality time with our loved ones, quality time on our self growth, practising mindfulness, pursuing meaningful work enhances our happiness.
