Transactional Analysis Drivers Working Styles Assessment

Discover your dominant working style under pressure: Be Strong, Be Perfect, Hurry Up, Please People or Try Hard. This self-reflection tool gives a pie chart, score summary and practical allowers to support emotional balance, resilience and healthier workplace behaviour.

What are TA Drivers?

In Transactional Analysis, drivers are learned internal messages that influence how a person behaves, works, communicates and responds to pressure. A driver is not “good” or “bad”. Each driver has strengths, but when it becomes excessive, it may create stress.

Be Strong

Stays calm, handles pressure and avoids showing weakness. Under stress, may hide feelings and avoid asking for help.

Be Perfect

Values accuracy, standards and quality. Under stress, may become over-critical, controlling or dissatisfied.

Hurry Up

Works fast, handles urgency and likes movement. Under stress, may rush, become impatient or make avoidable mistakes.

Please People

Cares for others and values harmony. Under stress, may find it difficult to say no or express personal needs.

Try Hard

Shows effort, energy and willingness. Under stress, may keep trying without finishing or may complicate simple tasks.

Important: This is a self-awareness and educational tool. It is not a medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis or replacement for counselling, psychotherapy or professional mental health care.
