    The Johari window is a psychological tool that helps individuals understand their relationship with others and improve their self awareness. It was developed by psychologists Joseph Luft and Harry ingham in 1950’s.
    The 4 quadrants of jo harry window are 1)open area or arena which comprises of those aspects of mine that are known to me as well as to others. 2)hidden area includes those aspects of me that are known to me but not to others.it is also known as facade or concealed. 3)blind spot comprises of those aspects of mine that are known to others but not to me. 4)unknown area comprises of those aspects of mine which are neither known to me nor to others.
