  7. Self talk and visualization techniques play a crucial role in our overall happiness. We should be able to identify our negative thoughts and reframe them into positive ones. Self talk includes what we think, feel and speak about ourselves. It also includes how we communicate with ourselves. Visualization techniques are of various types like guided imagery, future self visualization, positive affirmations, gratitude visualization and mental rehearsal. A happiness coach should be empathetic, active listener,non judgemental ,compassionate, have in depth knowledge of positive psychology, should have visualization expertise and self talk mastery.
