Training Partners Rules and Regulations

Those who conduct training under Emocare banner should follow the following ethics properly:

  • All payment related queries and training is to be handled by those who are conducting the training and Emocare, Chennai is only certifying authority.
  • Training should be conducted at the required time.
  • Daily recording of sessions should be given to participants.
  • Training should happen in a professional way.
  • Any change made in training delivery etc. by affiliated person or trainer should be intimated to company.
  • Payment 50% to be made before starting and after 10 days of completion of training after receipt of complete recording and training report.
  • Appropriate case will be lodged against affiliated person or trainer if the above company norms not followed.

Terms and Conditions for Those Joining Any Training at Emocare

Any one who joins any training program conducted by Emocare or with partnership with Emocare understands fully that Emocare is a Private company registered in India and our Trainings are purely private and for skill improvement.

Whomsoever joins for any training also understands that when they pay money, they fully understand that the training will happen only as per the policy and structure of Emocare.

Certificate or Internship certification will be given only after post training evaluation. The basics of training is post evaluation which students have to undertake and pass.

The students hereby agree to follow rules and regulations framed time to time for the welfare of the students.

Whomsoever joins training very well understands that training on any subjective matters cannot be conducted to the whims and fancies of a single or group of individuals.

Whomsoever joins understands very well that all training being conducted will be conducted strictly as per laid down policy of Emocare.

No refund will be made if any participant wants to quit the training at any time after joining in the WhatsApp group for the training. Joining in the WhatsApp group is your unconditional acceptance of attending the training as per requirement of the company. Any refund request without joining WhatsApp group should be made within 24 hours. In that case, payment will be returned within 15 days of such request.

Refund Policy for Training at Emocare

Thanks for purchasing our Training / Coaching / Counselling Services through our website www.emocare.co.in or through any other payment channel / mode.

We follow a simple policy: No refund after joining the WhatsApp group for training. If you request a refund before joining the WhatsApp group, the request must be made within 24 hours of payment. Refund will be processed within 15 days.

Terms, Refund, Rescheduling & Internship Policy

Please read this policy carefully before booking any counselling appointment or making payment for internship enrolment with Emocare. By making payment, the client or candidate confirms acceptance of the terms stated on this page.

Counselling Appointment Policy

1. Appointment Booking

Counselling appointments with Emocare are confirmed only after full payment is received. Payment is treated as confirmation of booking and reservation of the selected time slot.

Appointment requests made without payment shall not be treated as confirmed appointments.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, making payment, or attending a counselling session, the client acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agreed to this refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy.

3. Rescheduling Policy

If a client is unable to attend the scheduled counselling session for any reason, prior intimation must be given at least 6 hours before the appointment time.

If such notice is given within the required time, the session amount will not be refunded, but the appointment may be rescheduled to another available slot, subject to availability and scheduling convenience.

4. Refund Policy for Counselling

All payments made for counselling appointments are generally non-refundable.

  • If the client informs Emocare at least 6 hours before the session, the appointment may be rescheduled.
  • If the client does not provide the required prior notice, the amount paid will be forfeited.
  • No refund will be issued for missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows.
  • Once a session has started or has been completed, no refund will be made under any circumstances.

5. No-Show and Late Intimation

If a client fails to attend the session and does not inform Emocare at least 6 hours in advance, the booking shall be treated as a no-show.

  • No refund shall be provided.
  • No rescheduling shall be provided.
  • The session will be considered consumed against the booked slot.

6. Delay from Client Side

Clients are requested to attend the session on time. If a client joins late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other appointments.

Late joining from the client side shall not entitle the client to a refund, extension, or additional session time unless specifically decided by Emocare.

7. Emergency or Exceptional Cases

In rare and genuine emergencies, Emocare may consider a request for adjustment or rescheduling at its sole discretion. Any such consideration shall be purely optional and shall not create a legal or automatic right to refund or rescheduling.

8. Changes by Emocare

In case a session needs to be postponed or rescheduled by Emocare due to unavoidable circumstances, the client will be offered an alternate appointment slot. In such cases, the amount already paid will be adjusted toward the rescheduled session.

9. Mode of Session

This policy applies to both offline counselling in Chennai and online counselling sessions worldwide, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Important Note for Counselling: Payment confirms your appointment slot. If you are unable to attend, please inform at least 6 hours before the session. With timely notice, the session can be rescheduled. Without such notice, no refund will be made.

Internship Policy

10. Internship Information and Pricing

Emocare shares internship details, contents, structure, modules and related information through the relevant page on the official website. Candidates are requested to go through all available information carefully before making any payment.

The price communicated to a candidate may be a unique price offered specifically to that candidate and shall not be treated as comparable with the price offered to any other person.

Internship pricing may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, time, module, format, support, after-service, project guidance, bonus inclusions, and other academic or administrative aspects.

11. Seat Blocking for Internship

Candidates who are satisfied with the internship contents and wish to join must pay 50% of the internship fee in order to block the seat.

Only after receipt of the advance payment will the seat be treated as reserved for the candidate.

12. Group Addition and Shadow Counselling Sharing

After payment of the required advance amount, the candidate will be added to the relevant communication group. Once added, Emocare will begin sharing internship-related updates, including shadow counselling requirements and other relevant participation information.

Any candidate who is interested and has completed the required payment formalities may join subject to eligibility, seat availability, and internal batch management.

13. No Refund After Internship Payment

Once payment is made toward the internship, refund is not possible for any reason whatsoever.

  • No refund will be given after payment, whether full payment or advance payment has been made.
  • No refund will be given for change of mind, personal reasons, scheduling issues, relocation, academic commitments, work commitments, lack of participation, or any other reason.
  • Candidates are therefore strongly advised to review every aspect of the internship before making payment.

14. Internship Certification Policy

Internship certification will be issued only after 100% payment of the internship fee and successful completion of the required project work.

Partial payment alone shall not entitle the candidate to internship certification.

Emocare will support candidates in project completion by sharing relevant resources, guidance materials, and academic support inputs as applicable. However, the responsibility to complete the project remains with the candidate.

15. Final Interpretation

The final decision regarding internship admission, seat blocking, payment recognition, certification eligibility, project completion support, and policy interpretation shall remain solely with Emocare.

Important Note for Internship: Please review all internship details on the website before making payment. A 50% payment is required to block the seat. After payment, no refund is possible for any reason. Internship certificate will be issued only after full payment and successful project completion.
