Exit or Licensing Examinations
Section 11(1)(h) clearly states that the Commission may provide for exit or licensing examinations for allied and healthcare professionals:
- For professional practice.
- For entrance into postgraduate or doctoral level programs.
- For National Teachers Eligibility Test for academicians.
👉 This establishes a licensing test system for practice.
Allied and Healthcare Professionals Enrolment Portal states the following:
- Please note that this is data collection. IT IS NOT REGISTRATION. The regulations for registration is under process, Once regulations are notified after verification by State Council, registration process will be started. Allied and Healthcare Professionals, please enrol yourself here.
The website states the regulation is under process. For regulation, UGC is going to stop online Psychology degree from this year. Further regulation may come at any point.

How Licensing is Given in Other Countries
