On the other hand, a spiritual person may or may not belong to a specific religion but seeks a deeper connection with the divine or higher power through personal experiences, meditation, or mindfulness practices

    It is a type of therapy that focuses on the spiritual and religious aspects of a person’s life. It integrates spirituality with traditional counselling techniques to help you explore and find meaning across your beliefs, values, and life purpose.

  7. I love reading on spirituality…spiritual attitude towards life saves us from many problems time to time….such attitude saves us from acute stress/anxiety or depression…..
    I perfectly agree that spiritual counseling along with traditional one can help the needy person a lot.

  8. Spiritual counselling is well understood and I have mild doubt that when to start this therapy… first we should identify their sympathic feelings and convert to para sympathetic thoughts. Give water .. then all clients won’t be spiritual and some at point they hate religious thoughts during their distress ..how should we handle that ,kindly suggest me sir
